• Be at least 23 years old
• Have a valid Class A – Commercial Driver License
(no suspensions or revocation)
• At least 2 years experience in Class-A operations
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications
• A Clean Driving Record
• Within last 12 months:
No more than 2 moving violations
• Within last 3 years:
• No convictions for a “serious or disqualifying traffic violation”.    (FMCSR parts 382, 391, 292, & 397)
• No more than 4 moving violations.
• Have no preventable accidents involving  fatality, ambulance or towing a disabled motor vehicle
• Within last 5 years:
No DUIs or Drug Violations
